Michael Dinwiddie

Owner & Founder

I’m Michael Dinwiddie, a long time lover of travel and hospitality. At last count my wife and I've have stayed at over 40 vacation rentals in six country's, so I've seen what good and bad management means. In 2022, we acquired our first rental property near Olympic National Park, and I realized how much I love creating and managing top-performing properties! I decided to start offering full-service management to help both the owners and guests win.

With my professional marketing background, a masters of business (MBA) in strategic consulting, and having worked for the past 4 years at one of the world largest travel companies. It was a perfect fit to start Togethere LLC in 2023.

When I'm not managing rentals, I love exploring the outdoors with my wife and three kids. Going on day trips across Washington State is our favorite thing. I'm also a regular trail runner and have completed 1+ half-marathons each year for the past 4 years!

April Aday

Director of Operations

April is an experienced restaurateur and hotelier with a passion for crafting seamless guest experiences. Specializing in operations for boutique hotels and short-term rentals, she thrives on creating unique and memorable stays. With a background in restaurant management and hospitality, she brings a dynamic approach to every project. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, sipping on a cortado, experimenting with new recipes, and spending time with her cat, Momo.

Lawrence Lacdao

Project Manager

Lawrence has extensive experience managing multiple properties remotely, specializing in operations and workflow management while leveraging digital tools to keep everything running smoothly. He works closely with owners and the operations team to ensure high standards and consistent performance across listings, while streamlining systems behind the scenes. Off the clock, you’ll find him somewhere between work emails and the ocean.

Kimberly Villaraza

Executive Assistant

Kimberly is the Executive Assistant at Togethere Vacation Rentals, bringing three years of short-term rental experience — including a background in Airbnb customer service — to her role in guest relations, reservations, and day-to-day operations. She joined the team in mid-2024 and has been a quiet force behind the scenes ever since, keeping things organized and running smoothly. Off the clock, she's wrangling five dogs, lacing up her figure skates, or getting lost in a good book.

Kimberly Villaraza

Executive Assistant

Kimberly is our dedicated Executive Assistant at Togethere Vacation Rentals. She balances her studies in Medical Laboratory Science in with her passion for helping vacation rental owners thrive. With 3 years of experience in short-term rental management, she joined our team in mid-2024 and has been crucial to our success. Kimberly’s background includes working as an Airbnb customer service rep, where she honed her skills in guest communication, reservation management, and conflict resolution. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her five dogs, and pursuing hobbies like reading and figure skating.
