3. Reservations and Payments

Booking Confirmation: A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a written Booking Confirmation from Togethere Vacation Rentals.
Payment: All payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation.
Rates: Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

4. Guest Responsibilities and Conduct

Responsible Use: You agree to use the rental property responsibly and follow all house rules provided at the time of booking.
Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to the property by you or your guests during your stay.
Occupancy: The number of guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the rental agreement.

5. Property Owner Agreement

Accurate Information: Owners must provide accurate and complete information regarding their property for management and listing purposes.
Hands-Off Approach: Owners agree to utilize our full-service management, allowing us to manage the property's daily operations, marketing, and guest communications.

6. Limitation of Liability

The materials on the Togethere Vacation Rentals website and the services provided are on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. Togethere LLC, its founder, owners, and team members are not liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profit or data) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or the properties, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
